If you'd like to take the late bus home, please complete this brief form.   THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY 1:30 PM on the day you want to take the bus.  The late bus is only available on TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, AND THURSDAYS.  Please remember:  The late bus does not go directly to your house; it stops at the depot stops listed on the late bus sign-up sheet.
